It was our first day in Mysore so we only went to:
👉 Mysore Palace
We started our journey from Bangalore at 8:30 am in the morning and then we stopped on the highway for breakfast and then we reached Mysore at around 12:30 PM. We took the new Bangalore-Mysore Expressway
After reaching hotel, we went out for lunch and as it was already bit late, we decided to visit Mysore Palace. Entry Fees at Mysore Palace is Rs.100 per person and for 4-wheeler vehicle parking charges are Rs.50. This was our 3rd visit to Mysore Palace. It looks amazing every time we visit. If you are planning to visit Palace then you can go on Sunday evening they have a beautiful Lighting around the Palace as we have already experienced the lighting before we didn’t go on Sunday.
We spent around 2-3 hours inside the palace and we bought Mysore Palace Souvenirs also and sat there for sometime as it is surrounded by greenery.
And then we headed towards our hotel,it was such an amazing road trip and a beautiful experience at Mysore Palace. I really hope this guide will help you to plan your trip to Mysore. Happy Travelling.. Wait for Day 2 😊
